Advantage of becoming Ujala Advisor

Ujala Credit Cooperative Society Limited is registered under registrar of cooperative society of India. To do any sort of activity like opening an account, deposits and getting loan from Ujala Credit Cooperative Society Limited, one needs to became a member. As a member of Ujala Credit Cooperative Society Limited one is allotted one share of Rs 100/- only.

Who Can become a Member ?

  • Any person who has attained the age of 18 years.
  • Residents of Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Punjab, Delhi, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh & Uttrakhand or Persons employed in these states or professionals with their business establishment in these states can become a member of the society.
  • Is capable of entering a valid contract.
  • The applicant should not be the member of another Credit Co Operative Society.
  • He/She should not have been punished for any criminal offence by the court of law.
  • His/Her business or profession should not be in conflict with the business/activities of the society.

Note

The member can transfer his/her share (s) as per society bye laws and The Multi state Co-operative Societies Act after he/she has completed 1 year as member.

Terms & Conditions for the Share capital refund:-

  • A member can request for the share money subject to following conditions.
  • He/She has completed 2 years as a member of the society.
  • He/She has completed 2 years as a member of the society.
  • There should be no deposit in his/her name, with the society.
  • Share Capital wil be transferred in the name of other member subject to following conditions.
  • The member attains the right to transfer Share Money only after he / she has completed 1 year as member of Society
